South Western MPO/TTAG Agendas and Minutes

Agendas for the MPO and TTAG meetings are generally posted ten days before the meeting.

Minutes provide a detailed summary of the actions taken at meetings of the South Western Region Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the Transportation Technical Advisory Group (TTAG). Minutes must be approved by the pertinent board before they are posted here.

The draft minutes of MPO and TTAG meetings will be available to the public in SWRPA's office within seven days of a meeting. The votes of each member will be made available to the public, in writing, within 48 hours of the MPO or TTAG meeting. Please visit SWRPA's office to obtain voting summaries.

MPO meetings are normally held at the Norwalk Transit District; TTAG meeting locations vary.  Please check the meeting notices for meeting location.

Copies of the agendas and minutes are provided in Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) 3.0 format for your convenience. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download this FREE software from Adobe. Once installed, select the agenda or minutes and download the file. The Acrobat Reader should open in your browser and open the file. You may then view or print the document.
