Overview:
The purpose of this study is to develop a plan to improve traffic operations and safety on US 1 in Greenwich and Stamford, Connecticut, to improve pedestrian friendliness, manage access, minimize congestion, accommodate transit, and enhance the corridor's economic potential and community character.
