Thank you for attending the 2009 SWRPA Housing Summit! We were very excited to bring this event to you and hope you learned a great deal about the efforts being made and the issues associated with creating affordable and workforce housing in our small and medium sized Towns. This is an issue that deserves a great of attention.
During this half-day conference keynote speaker Rep. Jim Himes, CT 4th District discussed his extensive background and continuing commitment to addressing the Region's housing issues and answered questions from the audience.
Evonne Klein, 1st Selectwoman, Darien and Gordon Joseloff, 1st Selectman, Westport spoke about issues both shared and unique facing their towns and what they are doing to support the creation of affordable and workforce housing.
This panel also included presentations (by:

The panel was moderated by Chris Bruhl of The Business Council of Fairfield County and was followed by a Question, Answer and Comments session. Copies of each presenation are available below.
