The Executive Committee of the Agency shall provide general oversight of the administration of the Agency.  This Committee is made up of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Agency, plus one Representative from each of the member municipalities not thus represented by any of the foregoing office holders.
